Construction Drawings: Preparation of detailed drawings, plans, and specifications necessary for construction.
Permitting Assistance: Guidance and support in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction.
Construction Administration: Oversight of the construction phase to ensure the project is built according to the design.
Quality Control: Regular site visits and inspections to maintain quality standards during construction.
Interior Design (optional)
Consultant Coordination / Client Communication: Collaboration with structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineers, and other specialists. Regular communication and updates to keep the client informed about the project's progress.
