A six-story apartment with compact 25 sq.m. rooms, the narrowed design is essential due to site constraints. Situated in the heart of Lan Luang Road, the well-oriented parking space is crucial for maximizing an area where parking is rare.

Project Status: Ongoing, pilot Building A completed in 2019.  

Developed on 3,500 sq.m. of land distributed into eight separate plots, this project offers high-quality yet affordable apartments, contributing to the economic growth of Rayong. The master plan prioritizes communal infrastructure and urban design elements to benefit all residents. 

Featuring two design variations, each building, with four stories, offers more than 65 units, including standard and duplex room types. All designs adhere to the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) framework, focusing on maximizing income opportunities while preserving the integrity of well-being.
