‘A Western-style house on a hill’ is a major keyword for the design concept. This single-storey residence occupies 4,500 sq.m. of land, allocated for a herbal garden, floral garden, driveway, and car park. The exterior of the house embodies the tranquil ambience of a cosy cottage while evoking an elegant atmosphere. The architectural details, including material selection, were meticulously executed following the 'inclusive design' schematic, with a particular emphasis on catering to the needs of seniors.

Two houses on a rooftop’ should concisely describe the concept of this project. From thoroughly working with Feng Sui codes and principles, this penthouse design is crafted in a distinct 'house' manner. Each residence features proportionate room spaces and functions tailored to meet the specific needs and lifestyles of its owners. With separate roofs and gardens, the design not only ensures physical comfort but also provides a spiritual sense of comfort, delivering overall satisfaction to the residents.
